What ever happened to Customer Loyalty? Bad economy bad treatment!

My family has been dealing with Nissan World, in Springfield, NJ for many years. We have brought 4 new cars from this dealership. We never had a problem with payments or anything. As everybody knows due to the economy things are really hard for some of us. I am an eighty four year old woman and I thought the "Customer Loyalty" was still in, but, I see this is not the case. First, my grandson and I brought the 2006 Maxima the lights were being taken out in a flash. My lights were removed twice, I had an alarm put in and that didn't help, they stole the lights anyway. My grandson spent much money for alarms and all. We had to go back to the dealership on several ocassions asking them to give us something else. It took too long for them to take care of us. They knew about the light situation before we purchased the cars and they were still trying to give us a hard time. Finally, we exchanged the cars for 2 Pathfinders, my grandson had his alarm put into his Pathfinder from the Maxima, I was told they couldn't put my alarm in the Pathfinder. I paid $300 or more for this alarm and I just had to give it up with no money back from it. They lied again. They called me back into the dealership and I made the biggest mistake in my life and listened to them and brought the Murano, I lost my job soon after and the payments were so steep ($689.00). Thank God I was able to pay it up until the lease is over. I went into the dealership to see if I could get another car because I still need transportation and things are just hard. They claimed they could do nothing for me. The Murano's lease was up on 2/25/10 but I had no way to get back home from the dealership. I called and asked if someone would be able to bring me home after dropping off the lease car. I was told "it's not our responsibility to get you home after leaving the leased car" "we don't have any drivers. This really hurt me because I have been dealing with these people for years and they couldn't even do me that little favor. I only live a few miles from the dealership. Also, they scammed my grandson when he refinanced his Pathfinder.

I have learned a lesson, there is no customer loyalty anymore. If you go there and expect to get anything all you will get is a smile when you are buying someting but, if you need some TLC from them forget about it. I will never go back to Nissan World, Springfield, NJ again.

I wanted to share this with people because if you are buying a car from them and you have money they will treat you nice, if you are having a problem they could care less. This is not the way to do business. I mean let's be real, you can't give an eight four year old woman a ride home? It's not my fault I fell on hard times and I shouldn't be punished by people I gave plenty of money to when I had it!

They will ripp you off if you don't have someone with you that knows the ropes. Beware of a smile and chuckle at Nissan World it's all a hoax. The only good thing is that I know now to go into a dealership with a polka face and read everything I sign and ask many questions.
