I went out to purchase a new Nissan Maxima and also ended up signing a lease. I also paid for the taxes and tags to be taken care of by Harrelson Nissan and now it is 2 months later and I still have not received the tag nor has the taxes been paid. (BUT THEY STILL HAVE THE MONEY)
They also sent a new contract in the mail and said that the original had the wrong VIN # on it which it did not, but all of the other information that was received with my car was actually for another car. They will not return calls that is if you can get through to someone other than the operator.
One last statement I also had another Nissan Maxima before I got this one, I am in no way putting down the Nissan Maxima it is a great car but I ask you to please go to another dealership to purchase it. None of the people I have delt with at his one cares for the customer except for the one I was trying to buy the car from and now they tell me that he is no longer a part of their company.
