My son Kevin, has a type Klinefelters Syndrome. Kevin has 2 extra sex chromosomes, XXYY. Males with this have very bad teeth. For life. I am always looking for dental, hoping to find inexpensive.in September we went to Smile Dental, 13319 East Freeway, Houston, TX 77015,713 451 3333. They told us we could pay without interest with ChaseHealthAdvance. Kevin had had dental work through a credit card before, and I thought it okay. We were told his work would be about $4,000. We got a bill from ChaseHealthAdvance for over $10,000. We were surprised. It seemed Smile Dental had charged for everything they ever hoped to do and ChaseHealthAdvance had paid them the total. Smile Dental also did not use the 25% discount Kevin had from Medicaid. Now we owed the total. We told Smile Dental we would pay for what had been done, but that was all and we were not doing business with them. They agreed. We paid Smile Dental for the work done on Kevin. They did tell us they gave Kevin the 25% dicount from Medicaid. They gave the money back to ChaseHealthAdvance. I guess they told Chase that there was a 25% discount. ChaseHealthAdvanced sent us a letter which I have stating we were paid in full. Now we are getting bills again from ChaseHealthAdvanced. They say they are charging us 30% interest on unpaid bills. I have copied and sent them their letter saying we were paid in full but we continue to be harassed What I would like. I would like for ChaseHealthAdvance to leave us alone and agree they have been paid.
