I HAVE PAID DOWNLOADCAVE.com 43 USD THROUGH www.PDF-BILL.com FOR NOTHING dont know exactly

When browsing the internet i have found the site http://www.downloadcave.com i have paid 42 usd with my credit card for a lifetime membership to get fast and direct download of movies and software. I have been given a password to access this site but had never been able to download anything. They stopped replying to my emails. They have debited my credit card with this info www.pdf-bill.com 877888458 cy usd 42.36
