This company ripped me off as well. I never received any communication or response. I can't believe that people actually get away with this. I ordered a report to be returned in 5 days and never received the product. Absolute DISGUST! I now learned a valuable lesson. I used this company to help me out in something quite small and with a family it is difficult. As the last consumer reported maybe this is karma, but, to take someone's money when they are trying to juggle several things and in hard times, shame on them!!!
