Ive experienced almost identical deceptive practices as others have mentioned on this site. Is there anything we can do about it and are there any attorneys out there to represent us? Ive recently had major neck surgery and have been unable to work. So for the first time in my life Im behind on a payment. Four months to be exact. Ive painstakingly followed each and everything they have asked me to do and they continuously call again the next day saying they never received the fax or I never called back or whatever they decide to use to try to intimidate. Fortunately I have every type of correspondence documented with employees names and ID numbers. From now on I will also ask them if I can record the calls. Please let me know if there is anyone out there to help.
