The owner, Rima Braden, sold me a vehicle, promised to buy it back if he could not find a buyer but reneged. Then, he attempted to bilk me out of excessive, unapproved storage, maintenence fees and unauthorized modification to my vehicle while under consignment.
During the 10 months he had possession of my car, he jacked me around several times, telling me he had solid buyers with solid offers. When I accepted these offers, they mysteriously "disappeared." I eventually tired of these unethical games and complained to Braden who promised to buy it from me. After he reneged, I had finally had enough of his lies and demanded my car back.
Amazingly, he then asked me for $5000 for a new clutch that I had previously discussed with him, but declined in writing. Also, he then asked for $2500 as a 10-month storage fee! He would not release my car unless I paid a total of $7500 in fraudulent fees! I could not believe this scam-artist-used-car-salesman.
