Maternity Advantage Scam. Making Thousands of unsuspecting pregnant women

Maternity Advocates appears to be a scam. They did not save me even a penny and collected $699.00 from me with the promise to do so. A representative of theirs by the name Bill adkins signed me up after checking to make sure 'I qualify" and promised to negotiate lower rates on OB care.
He collected a one time payment of $699 via credit card over the phone after much pressure and many promises. I was the assigned a rep by the name Spencer Morgan as my 'maternity advocate' I hardly recived ant correspondence from him despite several attempts on my part. I finally after much searching and reaching 'disconnected' numbers tracked down the number for another one of their 'reps' by the name Brett Miller. He claimed that Spencer Miller had been 'hospitalized, almost died with CAD though only twenty something years old' etc and stated that he company had recntly moved hence th disconnected numbers and sent me an email with new numbers as well as his contact info and the assurance that he would handle myaccount from then on. Shortly after that, his number was disconnected too! I finally after much patience, wisdom and correspondence received a number from him with which I could reach him.
He initially at our first conversation promised that he would get me a refund but asked that I wait till delivery to enable justify the factthat they did not save me any money and as such ensure my refund. Later at our last conversation (please note that I have been able to speak with him only twice over almost a year) he played teh helpless rep and gave me the name and 'personal cell phone number' of the 'CEO' of the company - Brian McDonald 512-439-8889 and some form to fill out and fax to the 'Billing dept' and as could have been expected, no one answered the 'CEO's' phone! He also left me with a promise to personally contact this CEO and give him my name and contact info to expedite the refund process.
When I asked him for the physical address of Maternity Advocates for legal action, believe it or not, I was told some more bogus stories and eventually he stated that though he worked for this company that he claimed was situated in downtown Austin Texas, did not know their address, usually corresponds with them via a P.O. Box, and never has to speak or relate to a live person. HOW BOGUS!
The bottom line is that I so far can only reach one person in this 'company' and that is only after much searching. They are giving me the run around regarding refundung my $699.00 despite their false advertising, claims and contract.
I believe this a one man scam or a group of a few people who have taken advantage of and have made thousands off unsuspecting and desperate pregnant women out there and they need to be stopped and brought to justice!
