No method to replace lost tickets

On 12/25/09 I purchased, on line from Vivid Seats, 2 tickets to the Michael Buble concert on April 3 in Seattle at the Key Arena. $949.35 was charged to my credit card. My wife thought the "credit card ticket" was just another solicitation for a credit card, and threw it away. I made a phone contact today and was told there is nothing they can do. They have the records, THERE MUST BE SOMETHING THEY CAN DO! Gordon NEwton
