We submitted a "marketing fee deposit" and waited, and waited, and waited.
Each phone call resulted in more creative excuses, which would be laughable if it didn't involve $1500 of our hard earned money.
The last excuse said it might take until January, but now that phone number is no longer in service.
Any idea how we can recoup any of our money? We feel quite helpless, sitting so far away, in Canada.
