Priceline - "Name Your Price" Function For Hotels
I bid on hotels in a specific area of los angeles, and was instantly locked into a hotel far away

Priceline advertised hotels available via bidding, in the Warner Center / Woodland Hills area of the San Fernando Valley in California. Because my husband must travel there from Pennsylvania to see his cancer specialist, and Woodland Hills is close to the hospital where he will have surgery, I bid on a hotel in that specific area, for five nights.

The result of this bid: A hotel all the way in Chatsworth, which is a huge distance from the area I bid for! I am outraged because I've been ripped off for a great deal of money because I was fooled, plain and simple. I trusted Priceline to give me a hotel in the area I requested!

The importance of this is that after my husband's outpatient surgery, when he is able to walk to the rental car, I must quickly get him back to the hotel room, where the bathroom is, so that he can recover. He is in pain and very ill at least 24 hours after the procedure. We have to travel to L.A. To do this, every three months.

Priceline has ripped me off royally. We cannot possibly stay at the "Staybridge Suites" in Chatsworth that they assigned us. Their saying they're 'sorry' just does not justify what I see as a bait-and-switch scheme on their part.
