Poor Construction/bad experiences
In my opinion, Patterson Construction is a second rate builder.in my opinion his work is poor quality and his promises do not meet his follow through. Disappointed subs is a bad sign. Finishes that are not finished and not what was agreed to or decided upon. I would not use Patterson Construction. ...
