2) Many bad reviews (fake) at neighboring and competing businesses with self promotion included.
3) Habitual TOS (terms of service) violations at many online locations.
4) Habitual overposting/spamming of ads to classified ad sites/locations.
5) Multiple addresses, phone numbers and URl's to accommodate TOS violations and unethical online behavior.
