If your a business owner, or a sales person looking for a career, I would advise you to take heed of everything you see on usacomplaints. Coms.com and on. I made the mistake of ignoring everything I read here, assuming that the people who posted here were just disgruntled salespeople. I have never been so wrong in my life!
This is the worst managed company I ever worked for and I would not recommend it to any business that is attempting to bring in more customers and I definitely would not recommend it to any salespeople. I swear I don't know how they manage to stay in business. Ads are constantly messed up and customer service should change their name to customer no-service.
You all have seen the types of companies that just burn through salespeople, This is one of them. You'll see an ad for them every three months or so promising a huge salary. If you happen to ignore everyone here and go on an interview, you'll quickly see how that salary they're promising is a joke.
Here is a list of the main problems:
Sub par training
Bad management
Horrible customer service
Ever-changing pay plan
Embarrassing quality control towards the ads
Inconsistent treatment of sales reps
Lack of respect for customers
