Paid for booth at the "Tenth Annual Holiday Bazaar" for Pink Ladies Power - Cancelled without notice and Booth Fee never refunded

In a nutshell, Pink Ladies Power advertised on the Internet for their 10th Annual Holiday Bazaar to be held at the Atlanta Sheraton on December 12.
Back in November, I submitted an application and I paid a $257 booth fee to participate in this event. I received an email stating that my application had been accepted. However, when I showed up for the event it was not taking place. The events manager of the hotel said he had spoken with a representative from Pink Ladies Power about the event, but papers had never been signed. Although I have requested a refund several times via fax and emails, to this day I have not gotten my money back.
When their phone number is working. I leave messages. No one ever returns my calls. Emails are sent, but no one responds. I believe these people have scammed me and have no intention of returning my money.organizations like this need to be stopped from taking advantage of the public.
