I own automotive businees for 35 years, i purchase parts all day long for my customers and i whats entailed in purchasing parts. This brothers automotive parts are a bunch of crooks who only know how to not be professional in their business and how to scam their customers. Apparently i am not the only one. I purchased from them parts for an oldsmobile cutlass, i have the documents to prove it as well where it shows that they charged me, however certain parts were never sent and they even marked it that they were on backorder. As well as purchasing i also returned some parts that i was not satisfied with, which i have proof of return, which was even confirmed by their employee garrett and later the company told me they never received anything. I tried to contact many times with steve the owner. And i never received no response. Their customer service is atrocious. To top off they put a comment on google that my company was the one that scammed them. When i tried to contact them after the remark he yelled at me over the phone and threatned to do legal action at me that he was going to the supreme court.
Avoid Brothers Automotive. They are very unproffesional crooks, and scam artists, who like to scare people with legal action undreamable, if you need parts for an OLDSMOBILE order from FUSICK AUTOMOTIVE INC. They are excellent, you will receive parts and credits immediatley and are great to do business with.
