This guy is a crook. The websites (powerednow.com and poweredmarketing.com) claim to use Live Agents. They do not. They use an automated system with many different prerecorded messages to give the appearance of a live Agent. This is against the September dialing laws. Paul Boes borrowed countless amounts of money from individuals with promises of investment. They will more than likely never see their money again. This is the same Paul Boes who was sued by Microsoft for fraudulent emails. Two of their biggest customers (voiceblaze and phonebroadcastclub) were notified of this and still chose to do business with Paul. He also is claiming affiliation with the non-profit group RAINN to mask his illegal dialing.
If you are currently using the Fusion dialing platform; Every call you place is illegal. The easy way to prove this to yourself is to add yourself to your dialing list. The FTC and FCC have both been notified. Hopefully someone will bring Paul Boes to justice because he seems to evade it everytime.
