This company should be a red flag for failure the second you drive up and see the "yellow" building. When you walk in you feel like you've walked into a run down business. When you need to get a title loan for the first time in your life you dont know what to expect, so I go and get a title loan on my car. I had the loan out for a few months. I came in to find out my pay off, was quoted for my pay off by the manager Maria her self and told her ok I'd be back to pay off that amount. I come back maybe a week later (ok expecting 1 wk of finance fee) to pay off the loan. I walk in the front doors that have smuged hand prints all over and what it looked like to me snot on the handle to the door. I walk in and am gawked at by the only guy working there. (How unprofessional and disgusting) open he opens my folder and starts trying to charge me for a whole month of interest plus $60 extra. I told him that his manager quoted me my loan pay off a week ago and I should not be getting charged for a whole month. He said oh we always do this it's in the contract. I asked him to call his manager for me because that was not right.
He gets on the phone and acts like he calls some one for like 10 seconds if that, walks back over and says my boss says pretty much the same thing it's in the contract. If you have a problem call the 800 number. I call the 800 number on hold for 45 minutes! No one even picked up the phone yet. While I'm on hold I get a beep from NV TITLE and it's Maria the manager. I hang up the line with the 800 number and talk to Maria. She starts rambling at the mouth on how oh last time they over charged me, so my total would be 60 dollars less. I tell her he just told me its like $60 more she ignores me and starts adding up a whole month of Finance fee and tells me if I dont pay That they will get the marshal to get my vehicle in a very rude manner. I feel disrespected, I feel ripped off for the extra $317 they charged me and I dont want any Nevada resident to have this happen to them. Please Beware. This company has employees trying to pocket extra money from you by charging higher interest rates. This company also charges you another finance fee after they quote you another. I dont care if I had the loan out for 1 week, $317 is way to high of a fee on top of what I owed them for 1 more extra week.
