I purchase these ringworm products from Q Based around October-November. I used there products near are over 6 weeks and I did not get any results. I then requested a full refunds all ringworm medicines and the company only wanted to refund on another medication not related to ringworms. Q-Based offered a guarantee but failed to honor that refund policy. I Started using an India herbal product in December to present and I am clear but waiting on my skin to turn back, without any spreading of future ringworms. BBB did not attempt to solve this problem.
