Alan Patterson scam with apartments, never returned my security deposit, tried to ripped me off

I was renting an apartment on 5410 Howe St, Pittsburgh, PA 15232 in landlord Alan Patterson scammed me and tried to rip me off for the monthly rent, never returned my security deposit, absolutely sure that no that he will never be punished for this. Please read the other people reviews about this place
