Biltmore Who's Who
Biggest Scam I've Seen A Long Time

Worked at Biltmore Who's Who for 3 days of training and one day on the phone. The deal is a total piece of garbage. It is inconceiveable to me that this company is in business, but we are in South Florida so anything's possible. They want their phone reps to give the impression Biltmore is some prestigious group of accomplished professionals. What a joke! It's a bunch of flunkees sitting there in jeans and sneakers trying to literally trick people into buying this crap. A lifetime membership is $789, for which you get about a half a page write-up in this book they try to make you pay $199 for. The airline vouchers are basically useless because they make you stay at one of the resorts they are in cahoots with that charges so much more per night. 99.9% of the leads they get will say no, but I guess there are some gullable people out there that fall for this crap.

The owner (or so he claims) is named Eric Lind. I would bet my kidney he had his name shortened from lindenstein or lindenburg or something similar. This guy is about 5'2" on his tippytoes and 150 pounds soaking wet. Looks like he takes HGH, botox wouldn't surprise me, but definitely has his eyebrows tweaked like a woman, and a fake tan. Biggest Napoloen complex I've seen in a while, maybe ever. He walks around the phone room like the Gestapo acting like a big shot, trying to hit on any girl with a pulse.
They claim they spend millions on their leads every year. The leads that were given to me were almost a year old. They were mostly middle to lower class people that sent back the reply card. Construction workers, Wal-Mart employees, retirees, a meals on wheels driver, etc... Honest occupations, but hardly the accomplished individuals or professionals they say they cater to. If you have a pulse and a credit card you can become a member.

If you send back the reply card, you're gonna get bludgeoned with phone calls. They make their reps call the same leads over and over. I was on my third round of calling the same leads for the day and asked for new leads and was told to re call the ones I had in my hand. They even skip trace people if the number is out of service.
It is sad to me that people can live with themselves knowing they are misleading honest hard working people like this. It's amazing to me that the credit card companies haven't blackballed this dump of a place, maybe that's why they changed owners. Anyways, do not work there, call there and definitely throw away the letter if you get one. The place is a total scam!
