I went to search for a site to find a person's name for a license plate and they advertised the moon and delivered nothing. All that happened was after I paid the $29.95 with my Amex, it took me to the state's DMV site! I was not able to retrieve anything with just a license plate. Then the following information appears that is useless!!!
