I was contacted by this company in 2009. They indicated that they were a company who could provide real estate leads of people who are interested in buying or selling homes in my area.
The owner of the company Pete Correa, stated in emails to me that I could expect an average of 30-60 leads of people who were interested in buying or selling a home per city that I signed up for. I signed up for 2 cities in my area for 300/ month, so naturally I was expecting 60-120 per month. After about 45 days I received 5 leads total - all with bad contact information and completely useless.
Throughout the process, I voiced my concerns about the lack of tangible results.in the beginning their sales strategy is to entice you with the prospect of real estate leads, and then when there are no results, they claim that they are simply a web site search engine optimization company (even though their web site claims that you will receive real estate leads from their efforts). They constantly strung me along with a variety of excuses.in the end it was a complete waste of time and money - I would caution anyone from using this company.
