Alans Plumbing Company
Charged me for 2 visits but did not do any work and did not fix the problem

I had an overflow tub leak. Alan came, could not find the problem and told me and my neighbors to "observe". After we found the problem came back and according to him could not install the new gasket. Suggested to break the wall and replace the entire pipe for $800.
After I refused and fixed the problem by using the universal overflow gasket that is installed from the tub, charged me $300 for 2 visits.
When I asked him why could he spend 10 more minutes, find the problem and do everything in 1 visit said that he wanted to go home.
He and his wife (his manager) were very rude on the phone.
When I suggested to pay for 1 visit, they said that they will charge my neighbors and "let us fight".
Totally unprofessional.
Stay away from this company.
