Just about got taken for $1200 and would have if I hadn't done some more snooping before I signed on the dotted line. Old adage, "If it sounds to good to be true it probably is." I was looking for a small business loan, I have poor credit at this time, and found what I thought was my answer in Kensington FS... Wrong! Called and asked some questions (i.E. BBB involvement, how long at address, not listed in NYC phone directory, etc.) and the associate (Michael) was very evasive with answers and really didn't tell me anything (RED FLAG). Did some further investigation and found this site and the reports here. Really thanked God for your site and the input from others that weren't as lucky as I am.
