Your customer service is so bad that I canceled our account with your supervisor, Lin on Feb 4 AND IT IS STILL ACTIVE!!! If you look back on our account history it should be noted that I had an invoicing error which took over two weeks to get fixed which was only due to my persistence. Now with that same coffee machine I had such a problem with in Dec the glass café is cracked. UNBELIVEABLE, so now calling again and I was told that the coffee maker I purchased in 12 is now discontinued and there is no replacement café. Again Lin (2/4) the "supervisor" told me I would receive a phone call within 24 to 48 hours. This phone call of course did not happen. Just like the last time (12), I again have to call back and was now told I would receive a letter in 7-10 days, but no one could tell me what the letter would say. After having to get extremely upset I now was told it would be refunded to our credit card in 3 to 5 days. I will be watching for that! I want our account cancelled! Since 04 our business has spent 505.69 on your company. It might not seem a lot to you but our money will be spent elsewhere. Not only that but we are a doctors office and we made your coffee for our patients everyday, twice a day. Daily we were asked "who makes this coffee?" or "this coffee is so good, where do you get it". So not only do you lose our money but the free advertising from our office. It is really a shame that this email will be ignored and dismissed just like my last complaint in Dec; however it is a lesson for me and my staff to never just totally disregard, insult, and lie to our patients because they always have somewhere else to go. So all around you lose. Rnrnrn
