Java Beanery Direct charged my credit card $158.00 on 11/27/08.in April I ask for a "trial" offer with Seattle Coffee Direct, but cancelled any further shipments mediately when I found the bill for the charge in the second shipment which arrived a few days after what was supposed to be the sample. They ship out 2 separate packages almost immediately after you apply for the free sample and then the charge of $79.00 shows up twice on your credit card. I called them immediately, shipped back the coffee and demanded my money back. They said the refund would show up within two billing cycles. I also, told them to cancel any further shipments and take my name off of their mailing list. That was in April. Nov. 27 I receive out of the blue 2 more packages and called the company. I was very angry because I had not ordered anything further since the debacle in 08. Now again I am waiting for a refund. How can a company come back over a year later, after I had canceled all ties with them and charge your credit card without your permission? This is absolutely outrageous. How can we get our money back?
