Commercial International Services a.K.A. Africactn.com is an organized criminal enterprise according to top officials of the Nigerian Embassy in Washington DC. The company prides itself of issuing some bogus "Container Tracking Notes" often mistaken as "Cargo Tracking Notes" by these miscreants, on every export to Nigeria from the United States of America, Canada and Central America.
The war lord or gangster behind this scam is a top PDP stalwart and current chairman of the Nigerian Port Authority NPA, Tony Anineh.
In what appeared to be a kangaroo executive council meeting on December 9th, Tony Anineh and his cronies hoodwinked a weak Vice President and the corrupt governors into securing their backing for this scam. Had the president been there, this would not have passed.
And without the legislative backing, they have set up shop to scam traders and importers a whopping $11million a month.
