I'm getting the same issue, with AT&TI requested the telephone bundle and got an overall total various Pack, they was getting me for providers used to donot actually purchase, after I reported for them and informed them to go off my bill they nevertheless charged me again for this support the following month and also the the following month, i initially requested the telephone support with internet-only for $68 a month plus they were getting me $192 for just one month statement, lastly I'd to inform them to stop altogether. I'm calling individuals with this case, since I'm thinking about a feasible class-action against them. They're overcharging people and producing them spend these expenses regardless and it is not right. Why must we spend for anything we did not request.
