Fraudulent claim of a conversation with me

Recieved a letter from a Raymond L Castl stating he had a telephone conversation with me which I authorized an ACH debit to my bank account. Even specified the date, Feb 1. I have never even talked with this individual and have not talked with anyone from this company during the current year.
