Sam or rob they sold me a clone phone and they promise that service woul be activated within 4 hours and is been a week no service

I bought a clone cell phone for $203. And the phone was suppose to be activated, within 4 hours of purchase and the phone has not yet been activated.

Is been a week now and still no service when I turn on phone the battery does not, keep charge.

I went back the very next day and ask for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund.

The guy gave me an attitude and said he would not give me a trade or refund owners name Rob and Sam.
