Listed below is another example of someone who took Polly Powere's to court and have not collect on the money she owes them. Polly promised she could get me into a car for a fee of $850 but when the deal fell through and according to here contract as listed below if she assisted people with the processing and approval of a vehicle there would be a non-refundable fee. I never got a approval so she should have returned my money. Polly agreed to refund a portion of my money but never has. There will be a re-fundable application fee of five hundred dollars, ($500) there will also be a non refundable three hundred fifty dollars ($350) fee for processing and approval of purchase. The total of eight hundred fifty ($850) due at signing. Polly fail to provide any of the said obligations as outlined in her contract, all she did was take our money and run, I know of (2) other people that this has happened to so buyer beware. We all have tried to contact polly to get a refund without success. Polly is a liar, thieve and a crook and I will do everything to let people know who she is and what she has done so they will not be taken advantage of. Also beware that her husband is in this scam with her. I also did some checking and her company is not in good standing with the State of Michigan as noted below. If you also look below she has a case against her for the same fraud she committed with us and you can bet your pretty baby me and my associates are going to follow suite as well. This is what she does, she takes your information over the phone or email then sends you emails of vehicles selections and dealerships she states she's working with. She states she has you approved and to hold the vehicle she requests her fee. Once she has he fee she schedules a date for you to meet her at the dealership and when that date arrives she never shows up. You arrive at the dealer with the expectation that all your paperwork has been processed only to find out that the finance manager has no idea what you are talking about. It's true she had a conversation with the finance manager but the price she gave you is off by at least by $4000.00 and the monthly payment is ridiculous. The finance manager then states "he told polly this in the beginning and that this always happens with her clients". You are then left there standing like a idiot wondering where polly is... She never shows up and won't return your call. You ask for a refund and its like she has dropped off the map.
