TD bank change it's policy without posting it on the Internet for Internet customers. They just send letters in a form of junk mail where they inform (per their saying) that instead - (minus) sign when in negative balance, they put it in parenthesis.
Then, after any negative balance, they just charge $35.00 and that can go forever as they do not ask or inform customers. Also I didn't ask them to pay for me if there is no money on account. If I do not have money, how they think I am going to pay them. Their policy is based on ripping off customers.
Stay away from TD bank. Change to any other bank.
Before, it was Commerce bank and was pretty good with very educated and polite people. Now, is just bunch of money rippers that do not even explain you, when you come in person that you are in negative balance.
As I didn't learn in school, how TD bank will mark negative balance, I kept using money seeing that is available, but it was in parenthesis (what means that is negative balance, without explanation or information what that means)
Calling everybody who is affected to start class law suit against them.
