Bought Family Guy boxset (new) from dvdheart.com, received the goods in good time but packaging was dodgy, bad spelling, region free DVDs although stated NTSC format on box. Also has an FBI Piracy Prevention badge on box which was ironic.
Contacted FACT about these and they said that they would destroy the box for me, but at the moment I am fighting for a full refund (40GBP).
I cannot tolerate counterfeit items and have never owned anything that was illegally copied.in the process of contacting PayPal, filing a dispute with the seller, although I have no transaction ID. Seems as though Paypal are against me as well! Beware!
