Unlike other reporters of this company, my DVDs arrived in a timely manner. However, the quality is appalling. They look like they were copied from well worn video tapes. I have tried to contact the company but only an email address is supplied for them. I should have read the terms and conditions more closely as they clearly state that the quality may vary but they say they try to maintain DVD quality.in this case they failed miserably. My DVDs arrived from China. This is not a US based company.
