I too, have had a horrible and disturbing rental encounter with Gina Kasbergen and her property located at 15 Pollito Road which is currently on the market, (you can search this site to see what a realtor had to say about that property and Gina's deceitful ways) but really the home should be scheduled for demolition.
I truly regret ever meeting this woman as she made my life horrible! She harassed me at work, emailed my supervisor about breaking the lease, and still to this day, harasses me through various means on the internet.
I am glad to finally read that someone has posted their experience with her on this site, as she freely does about her former tenants. I ultimately took Gina to court as others have, (court records are public information and you can obtain these from Santa Fe County Court Office).
I do believe there are statutes of limitations, and you may still have the option to take her to court on your loss, as she truly is a ripoff/scum landlord with a record of deceiving her tenants.
