Credigy Serivces - First Select - Credigy Receivables - Providian Financial$5,962.27 credit card fraud ove charge

On February 25, Creditor Credigy Services Corp. Made a fraud over charge for the amount of $5,962.27 to my Discover Card account which was already on collection. Creditor refused to make any correction into the account.instead, it has been charging interest. All telephone calls and correspondence have been ignored.
