This company tries to give the impression that they are a company owned/franchise operation in different cities whereas in reality they are a telephone/internet operation that uses independent local individuals/small companies that they parcel jobs out to complete.
They portend that they have highly trained people who can handle just about any cleaning operation. Not true. The company they hired to clean my rug had no concept how a rug this valuable should be analyzed and treated.
Subsequent investigation revealed that KIWI has a reputation throughout the carpet cleaning industry as an internet ripoff operation that has no earthly concept of how to clean chinese/persian rugs.
Stay away from these guys as they are dangerous in their ignorance.
