I sent Communcations Publishing a money order on 1-22.in the amount of $24.95 for the book "$BILLION SOURCES." at the time I didn't have internet access. Of course dumb Me I should of waited. Money order was cashed but yet still no book. If this guy is a con artist why hasn't this guy been stopped. I just checked the stats on this sight and he's been doing this since 2003 by the first report I read. That's 7 years and he's still pulling this scam. Over 400 reports filed to date and yet our Government hasn't stopped him. He is charging anywhere from $23.95 to $24.95. That's alot of money. What about all the People who didn't report this scam.? That's alot of money. When is our Government going to step in and stop this guy. The thing that gits me is he's still at the same address. And still in business. That just shows what our Government thinks of us people in need
