I found a charge for $7 on my current statement. I didn't recognize it so I called my credit card company and complained. It turns out that the company had already charged my account for two previous months and I had not noticed it. When I tried to call the company to find out about the charges, the company's phone system was down for service. I subsequently disputed the charges.
I went to their website to discover, ironically, that their company provides protection against credit card fraud. Since I never authorized the charge, I didn't know my account name and password so I could not log onto their site and get more information.
