I went to Car Nutz Auto Spa for the first and last time to get an oil change completed. Driving 15 miles from the station my heat stopped working, an additional five miles, my car coolant light was on, the hood was smoking and the gas was decelerating. All of this because the car technician left my antifreeze uncovered. Now, I have a dead engine, for which, Cleve Meredith, the owner is failing to take any responsibility. I don't wish that type of service on anyone. Who can mess up an oil change and fluid refill??? Never again. I'll stick with NTB. Hopefully the courts will prevail...
