I was with irish broadband for over ah year with no problrms. Then in february 09 my service went down. I put it down to the bad weather at the time and went on 2wks hols. On my return my service still not working. Rang irish broadband spoke 2 ah engineer and he said something wrong with the service and would send down someone with in that wk. 2 wks later no sign rang again still no joy so stopped my direct debit payments. Eventually in june 4mths later engineer came down sorted problem until 5 days later service down again. I rang again and was told must pay 36.74 for ah service i had not recieved. That in june. Just recieved letter from INTRUM JUSTITIA for ah balance of 39.74 or they will call 2 my residence for payment. Irish broadband claim i did not ring in february and my service was working. Well if that the case i stopped payments early march. Why they not claiming march april may payments??? BECAUSE i had no service.
