This company serious business at www.seriousbusiness.com is an application developer for facebook. They have created a game called Friend for Sale which allows people to buy and sell their friends. Well, never mind the outrageous associations to slavery that are prevalent in the game but what is also apparent is that like many internet companies now a days they do a very poor job at customer service and a poorer job at policing their members.
I was contacted by a Facebook friend a few days ago because a number of players were buying this friend and changing his nickname to profanity laced phrases, personal attacks and so on. I would each time re-buy him and change his nick name back. I also, clicked on the link along the side that says report nickname each time this occurred.
Needless to say the company www.seriousbusiness.com took no action. The chief person here was someone named Gary Onn but he had been acting in concert with some person called Cindy Hayes who seemed to be the ring leader of the harassment. Along with threats and personal attacks were left on my friends page by Kim Yukihiko, Tekat Heri' and a Steve Namtort.
Well, I also for three days pressed the report link next to these comments as did several other mutual friends and for three days the company www.seriousbusiness.com ignored it. This is an ongoing thing at this company and I would like you to take a look at this post by an unrelated person:

This seems a rinky dink one man operation by some clown calling himself David. David spoke to me thusly when I reported this incident. This is an actual post of an email from him:

If you are 42, why did you write this:
"I am a kid. I will write a scathing article on your company and your allowing players to harass this kid then singling him out from my high ranking website that will be heard around the internet."
If you have other tickets associated with this problem, please pass them over. For example this ticket number is: 15021-5408
As mentioned previously, this is the first incident I see opened with the email address of [email protected]
I can either investigate these reports or remove you from our game for harassing our employees. Please be reasonable and I will happily research these links you provided. As far as I can tell, you have communicated with us twice and both times you threatened our company.

Well, yeah really? Do they really think anything they make interest me in any way shape or form? My response was this and I sent this statement to Facebook too. After all do we really need another poorly designed app on facebook?
First, you have a link on your game that says "report nickname". That link was used twice by me to report nicknames that were filled with cuss words and attacks on Ryan by the previously identified Gary Onn.
You have links next to comments in your game that say "report" that were used previously by myself and others to report attacks on Ryan by people previously identified in this ticket.
Are you saying those links don't work?
I have already removed your application and blocked it. I have also told all my friends to do the same. Now, I will be posting your email threat as proof of your bias, immaturity and general attitude towards customers with my articles. I will also be sharing this email with Facebook.

You should have been investigating the matter before you took action against my friend based on the comments from a person he does not know that went to my friends page and left two inflammatory comments at the behest of the person identified in the previous information as the ring leader. You will note that same person all over all the identified peoples pages talking about how he is doing this and that to Ryan.
In fact if you bothered to investigate you will see that this is an attack by about 5 persons directed by Cindy on Ryan.
I would really urge you to act responsibly in this instance as your reputation to the internet community and possibly your place as a facebook developer does depend on it.
