Made a purchase from Vbarrack.com after reading the reviews on their website and thinking that they were made by legitimate customers. I was ever so mistaken. After my purchase, I was not able to comment on the service I received by them ever during the course of this transaction. Sometimes, when you think something is too good to be true, it most likely is. 1500 thumbs up! Feed back at the time of my writing this, and no thumbs down. I now realize why. Real customers are not allowed to actually leave feedback, or at least I was not allowed, so I can only speak for myself.
I purchased a character for the game World of Warcraft from them in August. I had this character in my possession for approx. 72 hours before it was taken back by someone. I have tried to talk to this avatar in game, however it never responds, and I am unable to get Vbarrack.com to do anything at all about this breach in their service. There is no 101% guarantee, there is only me losing over $1000 to them.
In further researching them to try and recoup my money, I find out that they are not founded in Canada, nor located in New Zealand, but solely founded in China, and run by people in India and China. Alexa data has their main traffic source as India, so it would look like they are being staffed in India, (most likely for the slightly better English there), and ran out of China. Traffic stats can be found here: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/vbarrack.com #1 Traffic source is India, which, must be the employee's since there just aren't too many people in India buying US wow accounts, I would venture to guess. Nowhere in that list is mentioned New Zealand, where they claim to be located and operate from.
There is zero support other than sporadic live chat, and 2 week response time on emails. No phone, no fax, no live support other than "joe" and "ray" on live chat. Generic names for a generic company.
Save yourself some money, and do not shop here. There are plenty of good companies that really are Canadian and American that you can spend your money with, and not be ignored and receive horrendous service.
