We purchased a 2004 Yukon Denali in Feb. The ebay listing had lots of pictures and descriptions. We called and talked to Ryan and made the transaction. Received the truck with lots and lots of problems. Was never reported to us that is was a repo. We've put in about $3000 so far. Still has issues we can't figure out. Of course they are unwilling to hear any of it. They even tried to blame the delivery guy for several of them. Right before sending the truck they stripped it of the rims, luggage rack and new tires. The truck came with 3 lug nuts instead of 4 on each tire, the wrong size of lug nuts, a broken tire rod, a penny wedged in the seatbelt, a tire sensor monitor light won't shut off, a service ride control sensor won't turn off, 4 bald tires, a ton of chips in the windshield, the stereos don't work, the fuel pump has been replaced and on and on. No manual and no keys! These guys are scam artists and liars. They would go so far as to send an un-safe vehicle to a family of 6! No conscience what so ever. Wouldn't ever do business with them again! And no one else should either! They should go to jail for what they are doing... At the very least, they should be banned from ebay!
