I ordered a pair of Jamo speakers on Janu ary 11. After waiting 9 days and hearing nothing, I e-mailed to find out the status. Chris e-mailed me back from his personal e-mail address and told me they were back-ordered and was waiting a reply on their status. Since then I have not heard on the update.
I also discovered that I was billed from my debit account the day after I ordered the speakers, when Nexttronics did not even have them in stock. I have since then sent repeat e-mails asking for status update or refund and have not gotten word back.
