Joe Peters Seekinig Investment for a Horse Business in Virginia

I had worked with Mr. Peters for approximately a year. He seemed sincere and search on the internet showed no history of foul play.
After several promises and excuses I felt the monies I gave him was for his personal use. I recieved no confirmation of investors.
He was very convincing, by dropping name of investors in the Florida area known for their interest in investing in horse industry. He seemed knowledgable about Saudi interest in breeding in California, Mid-West.
He was hard to reach in that he said he had a serious back injury and that he was in and out of hospitals and needed surgery. That he had lost everything in the accident that caused the back injury and that he was living with him mother-in-law.
He is very convincing and seemed very knowledgable, but that is part of the scam. I want to warn people to beware.
