Fast delivery and Best customer service? That is wrong! No reply enquiry even after 7e-mails Internet

I ordered contactlenses from Company Conceptlens by 19/01.

I had technical issue when I ordered and I sent e-mail to them.

They supposed to contact to customer in 12hours.

I sent many e-mails, never replied to me.

I asked cancel this order still no reply.

After I cancelled the order, they updated status to in transit. But no tracking detail.

I'm still waiting for the parcel.

I paid 100.

Do Not Buy anything from this company!
