Inspiration Media After receiving payment, did not ship item, 2 weeks later still in process, failed to respond to enquiry emails

From my invoice that was emailed to me:

I received a confirmation from Pay Pal that ConceptLens received my payment:

You sent a payment of $47.50 USD to Inspiration Media.
