I paid 95.40 and have not heard from them since when I cancelled, but can't get a no refund

I paid 95.40. For my Life.com, but when I cancelled I've not been able to use it, and they say I can not get a refund.

Savingsace took 19.95 out of my account and I didn't know I was a membe
